These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, activities, and programs conducted by First Step NGO. By engaging with our organization, donating, volunteering, or participating in our initiatives, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms

First Step NGO is a non-profit social working organization committed to community development, health, education, women empowerment, child welfare, and rural development.

All activities, programs, and services are conducted in accordance with applicable laws of India.

The NGO reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, service, or event without prior notice.

2. Donations & Funds

All donations received are utilized strictly for charitable, social, and developmental activities.

Donations once made are non-refundable.

Donors will receive official receipts for their contributions, which may be used for tax benefits (if applicable under 12A & 80G registration).

Misuse of donation receipts or claiming false benefits is strictly prohibited.

3. Volunteers & Members

Volunteers and members must follow organizational rules, discipline, and ethical standards.

Any misconduct, misuse of NGO’s name/logo, or unlawful activity will result in immediate termination of membership/volunteer status.

Volunteers shall not represent the NGO in financial or legal matters unless given written authorization.

4. Use of Name & Logo

The name “First Step” and its logo are the property of the NGO.

No individual or organization is allowed to use, reproduce, or represent them without prior written consent from the management.

5. Projects & Services

The NGO undertakes social, educational, health, and developmental projects based on available resources and approvals.

Beneficiaries are selected without any discrimination of caste, creed, gender, or religion.

The NGO does not guarantee financial benefits, employment, or personal favors through its projects.

6. Transparency & Accountability

Annual reports, audited accounts, and activity updates will be maintained and shared with concerned authorities as per government regulations.

Misuse of funds or corruption in any form will not be tolerated and will invite strict legal action.

7. Legal Compliance

All activities are governed by the Indian Trusts/Societies/Companies Act, depending on the registered structure of the NGO.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh courts only.

8. Amendments

First Step NGO reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms will be published and applicable immediately.
